The artists who make up this gallery of Worst Dressed at the 2013 American Country Awards either took too big of a risk, or didn’t try at all. Actually, one even falls blandly in the middle. For the most part, the men and women of country music looked stylish in classic high-roller outfits, but these three stood out for all the wrong reasons.

Worst Dressed at the 2013 ACAs:

LeAnn Rimes went kitty-cat on the red carpet at the 2013 American Country Awards. Her loose-fitting dress was hypnotizing — fortunately, she changed before a brilliant mid-show tribute to Patsy Cline. The taupe handbag wasn’t doing her any favors, either. The outfit screams feral, while the accessories shout nap.

Big Smo‘s hunter duds don’t work on any red carpet. In fact, we wonder if he wore Buck Bomb as his eau de toilette. This was a pretty big opportunity for this little-known singer. It’d have been nice if would have made a better first impression.

Danica Patrick and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. make a cute couple on the racetrack, but they look a little lost on the red carpet. The co-host did show off a few hotter dresses later in the two-hour 2013 broadcast, but Stenhouse just looked so … brown. He seems as uncomfortable in that hat as Trace Adkins did in the Showgirls outfit. Patrick’s dress highlights an asset she admitted she lacks, but seems almost patched together.
