One week after landing the top song in country music, Frankie Ballard has been named to the prestigious New Faces of Country Music lineup at February’s Country Radio Seminar.

Ballard has scored back-to-back No. 1 hits in 2014, first with ‘Helluva Life,’ and then with ‘Sunshine & Whiskey.’ His performance on the industry-only panel will come five years after releasing his debut single, 'Tell Me You Get Lonely.'

Joining Ballard will be ‘Leave the Night On’ singer Sam Hunt, country duo Maddie & Tae, Eric Paslay and Cole Swindell. All except Maddie & Tae have notched No. 1 hits. The duo’s debut single ‘Girl in a Country Song' is currently inside the Top 5.

Country Radio Seminar is a three-day-long country music industry conference at which programmers and on-air talent from across the country come together to talk about their trade. Throughout the week, artists and record labels hold showcases and after-hours parties. The New Faces show closes the conference; it is always one of the most anticipated events of the event.
