Details for the 11th annual ACM Honors have been revealed, and for the eighth consecutive year, they will be held at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium.

The annual ACM Honors celebrate the winners of the industry awards, studio recording awards and special awards that aren't broadcast live on television during the ACM Awards show. The festivities will take place on Aug. 23 in 2017.

Last year's ACM Honors was a star-studded affair. Dierks Bentley, Kelsea BalleriniMaren Morris and Cam with Alicia Keys were just a few of the night’s standout performances. Artists including Luke Bryan, Dan and Shay, the Statler Brothers, Lady Antebellum, Tanya Tucker and Thomas Rhett walked the green carpet prior to the event.

During the evening Morris gave a tribute performance to Tucker, who received the Cliffie Stone Pioneer Award in 2016.

Bentley honored Ross Copperman, who was named Songwriter of the Year. He sang “Freedom” and surprised the Ryman audience with four ACM Lifting Lives campers. Additionally, Cam performed a powerful rendition of Little Big Town's "Girl Crush" with Alicia Keys. Afterward, they presented LBT with the Crystal Milestone Award. Later, Emmylou Harris presented Miranda Lambert with the first-ever Merle Haggard Spirit Award. Lambert accepted, remarking, “He’s the reason I write songs.” The show concluded with a tribute to Glen Campbell.

Additional details on this year’s ACM Honors winners, host, performers and event details will be announced the coming weeks.
