Kelly Clarkson wowed the crowd in Noblesville, Ind. last Thursday night, proving once and for all that she is the champion of covers when she treated fans with her own version of Miley Cyrus' emotional tune "Wrecking Ball."

This recent cover is just another in a long list of popular tunes the Texas native has made her own on her Piece by Piece tour. During every show Clarkson asks for an audience member's special request and agrees to do a cover of it. She has graced us all with her wide range of talent by covering everyone from Rihanna, Nick Jonas, 'N Sync and our favorite, Taylor Swift's "Blank Space."

Clarkson's touch of R&B filled this already emotional track with even more soul. She had the whole crowd singing and swaying along as she perfectly executed the 2013 hit. Clad in sparkle and only accompanied by a spotlight and an acoustic guitar, this rendition gives Cyrus a run for her money.

With all of these covers floating around the web, it has us thinking...is there another duet in the original American Idol winner's future? After all, she is no stranger to partnering — she paired perfectly with Reba McEntire on their duet of "Because of You," and with Jason Aldean on their collaboration of "Don't You Wanna Stay?"

You can catch Clarkson on the Piece by Piece tour in support of her sixth studio album of the same name through the rest of summer.
