Aaron Watson was worried when we pitted him up against his "hero" in last week's Taste of Country Texas Red Dirt Rumble, but in reality, he shouldn't have been. Watson's 'Fast Cars Slow Kisses' took out Robert Earl Keen's 'I Gotta Go' with twice as many votes. Now, let's see how he fares against this week's competitor: Josh Abbott Band joined by Pat Green.

Armed with his latest single, 'Fast Cars Slow Kisses,' Watson has had no trouble knocking down the pins in the Rumble week after week. The song tells the tale of two lonely people and their computers who come together thanks to a helpful love match website, and learn that they share a need for speed on wheels and a slower pace when things heat up.

As for Josh Abbott: He pulls out all the stops for his Lone Star State-loving single, 'My Texas.' Abbott and his band called in the iconic Texas country crooner Pat Green to lend a hand on the tune, which describes just a handful of the million ways to love the big state down south. The Texas anthem cites some very specific locales -- like special BBQ joints, the Houston Rodeo and the best place to hop into the river -- and if you're unfamiliar, well, you ain't met Abbott's Texas yet. When Green chimes in, he goes as far as to down talk "polished pop-country crap," because that's just not how it's done south of Oklahoma.

We feel it's important to note that this is Aaron Watson's fourth week in the Rumble, and should he snag this win, he'll be retired to the Texas Red Dirt Rumble Hall of Fame. Josh Abbott Band, on the other hand, are just getting started.

So, country music fans, which will it be? Do you dig the idea of meeting your mate online courtesy of Mr. Watson, or do you prefer to hear about the place that's close to Abbott's heart, a little state called Texas? Listen to both of the artists’ songs below and and decide which one is the rightful winner of this week's Rumble. Be sure to share the link with your friends so they can pick a favorite, too.

You’ve got until Midnight CT on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012 to pick your poison. After the winner of this week’s Rumble is chosen, a new match will start up.

Rules of the Rumble: The artist and song with the most votes wins, and winner goes on to face next week’s challenger. If an artist wins four weeks in a row, he or she will be retired into the Taste of Country Texas Red Dirt Rumble Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete.
