2012 ACM Award for Album of the Year – Miranda Lambert’s ‘Four the Record’

Miranda Lambert is hoping to bring home her second award in this category, following 2010's win for 'Revolution.' 'Four the Record' is a better record, but the singer takes a few chances that could turn some voters off.

This album will win if: Artistry is rewarded over commercial success. You have to work a little to fully understand Lambert's music, but the effort is well worth it. More than any other record in the category, 'Four the Record' is an event. It's 60 minutes (approximately) that pull you out of whatever you're doing and demand your attention.
