2012 ACM Award for New Artist of the Year – Scotty McCreery

Scotty McCreery fans know how to vote in large numbers. The singer was never in the bottom three during 'American Idol,' and he has consistently won every Taste of Country poll involving his music. It's not like he isn't deserving of the nomination beyond his popularity, however. He's charted two Top 20 songs and toured with Brad Paisley since releasing his debut last summer.
