When Rascal Flatts parted ways with Lyric Street Records and the label folded, it left Love and Theft without a home. They finally signed with RCA Nashville in 2011 and released their first single in two years towards year's end. 'Angel Eyes' is their first chance to prove they can fulfill their potential.

They will win if: On paper, their resume doesn't stand up to that of Sugarland's -- or even Thompson Square's -- but now that they're signed with Sony Music Nashville, they have the support of a very large group of voters. With the other four artists lacking similar organization, Love and Theft could score an upset.
