Alan Jackson's new album Angels and Alcohol hits stores on Friday, and he's picked Taste of Country as the place to share the stories behind songs, his tour and recent career milestone. The AJ takeover begins today (July 14), including exclusive photos, video and a one-of-a-kind contest.

Jackson released his first single "Jim and Jack and Hank" earlier this month. It's a straight-forward country heartbreak song that finds the singer steering down a familiar road. It's one of seven he wrote for Angels and Alcohol, the other three coming from well-known songwriters like Troy Jones and Michael White.

The native Georgian and country music legend is in his 25th year as a major recording artist, showing no signs of slowing down. This 20th studio album comes as his Keepin' It Country tour wraps. Last year Jackson reaffirmed that he's not close to being finished as a recording or touring artist, even if the pace has slowed in recent years.

The album is his first in three years. During the Taste of Country takeover Jackson will go behind the scenes of the 25th anniversary tour, one of his songs and his tour. Angels and Alcohol drops on July 17.
