The followup to Amos Lee's chart-topping 'Mission Bell' album will be available in October, but the 'Windows Are Rolled Down' singer has shared a new song and some behind-the-scenes footage of the studio sessions for 'Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song.' In a new trailer, Lee is shown with acoustic in hand, soulfully working through a heartbreak song.

The 70-second video, which premiered at the Boot, is full of scenes that highlight the loose, organic atmosphere the new record was created in. Lee recorded the album in Nashville and wasn't afraid to make significant changes to a successful formula. Jay Joyce (Little Big Town, Eric Church) took over for Joey Burns as producer.

“Jay brings a musicality, a different kind of ear," Lee says. "He definitely hears things in ways that I don’t, and brings out extra dimensions in the songs.”

Alison Krauss, Patty Griffin and renown picker Jerry Douglas make appearances on the album, Lee's fifth, out Oct. 8. 'Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song' is also Lee's first to feature his road band, who he'll hit the road with this fall. Enter below for a chance to win an Amos Lee autographed guitar.
