Hot up and coming country singer Aubrie Sellers has earned herself another distinguished honor. The young singer is included in Elle magazine's Iconic Women in Music issue for 2017.

The publication features 19 women on the brink of music superstardom who also include pop singer Hailee Steinfeld, Miley Cyrus' younger sister Noah, rap singer Lizzo and more.

“I love that Elle has brought such a diverse group of musicians and artists together to shine a light on. These killer women inspire me daily,” Sellers says about the recognition in a press release. “Elle is such an iconic magazine, and the intersection of fashion and music has always been something that fascinates me….it was an honor for me to be included!"

The daughter of country singer  Lee Ann Womack, Sellers was named to Taste of Country's RISERS list in early 2017 alongside the likes of Brett Young, Runaway JuneJacob Davis and more. Since signing to Warner Music Nashville in 2016, Sellers has positioned herself as one of country music's most promising newcomers with her progressive sound that mixes rock and blues to create “garage country.” She hit the road in 2017 with Miranda Lambert on her Highway Vagabond Tour, as well as with the Cadillac Three on their Black Roses Tour.

“She’s really different. She’s not afraid to be herself,” Lambert praises the young country singer. “I feel like that is so important and so unique and I’m proud of her. She has not fallen in her mom’s footsteps or her dad or stepdad’s, who are all in the music business. She’s doing it on her own and I think she’s a great girl and a great performer.”

Sellers' latest single "Liar, Liar," was released to radio in April.
