Best Album of 2012 – Readers Poll

Carrie Underwood's fourth studio album has scored the best debut week among country albums released in 2012, and she tops the Taste of Country list of the Best Albums of 2012 (so far). She has work to do to catch Lionel Richie's 'Tuskegee,' which features duets with country music's hottest stars. Sales success doesn't always equal fan appreciation, however. Tim McGraw and Dierks Bentley were among the artists to release albums in January. Rascal Flatts timed the release of 'Changed' around the ACM Awards, and the trio have gotten great feedback from fans thus far. Kip Moore may have the one of the best debut albums of 2012.
