There have been two hit songs about storms in 2012 alone, with another from Little Big Town sure to make it three. Like famous storm songs from previous decades, bad weather is a metaphor for life, love or anger. Carrie Underwood and Hunter Hayes are the others with new storm songs, but who has the all-time best?

Included in today's readers poll is an early hit from Johnny Cash called 'Five Feet High and Rising,' plus Chad Brock's 1999 hit 'Lightning Does the Work and 'The Thunder Rolls' by Garth Brooks. Hayes's 'Storm Warning,' Underwood's 'Blown Away' and Little Big Town's new single 'Tornado' are also hot options.
