After filing divorce papers in October of last year, Billy Ray Cyrus has decided to call it off and reconcile things at home with his wife, Tish.

"I've dropped the divorce," Cyrus reveals on ABC's 'The View' this week. "I want to put my family back together … Things are the best they've ever been."

Cyrus made headlines recently after an interview with GQ magazine spread like a wildfire in which he credited hit TV show 'Hannah Montana' -- which he co-starred in alongside his daughter, Miley Cyrus -- saying it had "[destroyed] my family."

"'Hannah Montana' didn't ruin my family," he says during the television interview. "Fame did. Sometimes when you get in this ride, you feel like you're strapped to a rocket."

"I feel like I got my Miley back," he adds. "I feel like we're the daddy and daughter we were before 'Hannah Montana.'"

Cyrus' appearance on 'The View' will air on Friday, March 18, on ABC. Click here for local listings. In other news, during a recent performance in Nashville, Cyrus revealed he is working on a new full-length album that is slated for release this summer.
