Two of the hottest young artists in country music will join a legend on stage at the 2012 Grammy Awards next month. Blake Shelton and the Band Perry will team up with Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Glen Campbell for a special performance at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Feb. 12.

This will be the first Grammys performance for Shelton and the Band Perry, but Campbell is a five-time winner at the award show. He's currently on the road for his Goodbye Tour, a final run of dates before retiring. In June 2011, Campbell revealed he has Alzheimer's Disease.

Taylor Swift and Jason Aldean will also represent country music at the 54th annual Grammy Awards, airing on CBS. Like Campbell, George Jones is also going to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award. LL Cool J is hosting the show, which promises additional performances from Rihanna, Paul McCartney and Bruno Mars.
