This week, Blake Shelton released his highly-anticipated sixth studio album on Warner Bros. Records, titled 'Red River Blue.' Prior to its release, the album already was making big noise as the lead single, 'Honey Bee,' set up camp at No. 1 on Billboard's country singles chart for four straight weeks.

Well, the new collection of songs is on track to becoming the singer's first album to reach No. 1 on Billboard's Top 200 albums chart next week, according to Billboard's website. Industry insiders predict that Shelton could easily sell around 110,000 copies of 'Red River Blue' by the end of this week, which would send him straight to the top of the all-genre albums chart.

Shelton made his Billboard 200 debut back in 2001 with the release of his self-titled album, which peaked at No. 45. Since that album, the singer has notched eight more chart entries, including four Top 10 albums. His previous album, 'All About Tonight' (a Six-Pak EP), peaked at No. 6 last August on the Top 200 albums chart and topped the Country Albums chart.

Shelton's new single off 'Red River Blue' is the Dave Barnes-penned 'God Gave Me You.'
