Blake Shelton is teaming up with Prizeo for a once-in-a-lifetime fan fly away to benefit Musicians on Call, a nonprofit that brings music to the bedsides of patients in hospitals.

Fans of the country singer can enter for their chance to spend the day on the set of Shelton's upcoming music video shoot. By donating $10 to MOC, the fan is then entered into the pool and the more each fan donates, the more entries they receive and the greater their chance to win. Additional prizes include a T-shirt, thank you note, a signed lyric sheet and a meet and greet with Shelton on his tour.

The country star and coach of The Voice announced the contest in a note to his fans:

Well hey everyone!

I’ve got an idea… how about I fly you and a friend out to spend a day on the set while we’re filming my music video? We’ll hang out and you’ll be one of the first people to hear my new single.

All it takes to enter is a $10 donation to Musicians On Call. The work MOC is doing to bring music to hospital patients all year long is absolutely incredible and I’m honored to be teaming up with them for this campaign.

Check out the different rewards that come with bigger donations - an exclusive t-shirt, a signed lyric sheet, a signed guitar, and a whole lot more.

Thank you for teaming up with me and MOC on this!

-Blake
