Blake Shelton revealed the cover art for his forthcoming album If I'm Honest Monday night on The Voice. On Tuesday, his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, revealed that she's part of the album's track listing.

"It's called If I'm Honest, which is written across my face," Shelton told Carson Daly of the cover art. "It comes out May 20. I'm excited about it. I think it's the best I can do. I literally think it's the best I can do. It's all I got."

Stefani topped the cover with a photo of the back of the album on Twitter. The full track listing is included, with special attention to her name on a song called "Go Ahead and Break My Heart." Little more is known about the song the two lovers share on If I'm Honest.

Shelton also has a collaboration with the Oak Ridge Boys called "Doing It to Country Songs."

Other intriguing song titles include "Bet You Still Think of Me" and "It Ain't Easy." The singer has said this album is very personal and will address the highs and lows of his past year. He and Miranda Lambert divorced in July 2015. It's not clear if Shelton opens up about the circumstances surrounding their split on this album.

Shelton just announced new tour dates and will headline 2016 Country Jam this June, playing songs from If I'm Honest, which comes out a month prior. The debut single is "Came Here to Forget," a song that seems to nod to the development of his relationship with Stefani, a co-judge on The Voice. The album closes with a gospel track called "Savior's Shadow."
