Blake Shelton sure isn't shy, and these pictures show it. He goes right in for a smooch on the cheek with friend Chris Young, and he wraps his arms around Martina McBride and Toby Keith to show 'em some genuine affection with onstage hugs. As most country fans know, Shelton loves goofing around ... but sometimes he doesn't have as much luck reciprocating the PDA from stars like Young, Jamey Johnson and Trace Adkins (though the 'Hillbilly Bone' singer eventually gives in to his buddy -- note the hugs).
