Blake Shelton is in high demand. The star's Nashville tour date, which went on sale on Saturday (Oct. 17), sold out in minutes. He has since added a second show at the city's Bridgestone arena on March 5.

"Nashville is my second home and this is a hell of a homecoming," Shelton says in a press release.

Tickets for the new Music City date will go on sale on Oct. 23 at 10AM CT via Ticketmaster. On-sale dates for the rest of the tour will be announced in the coming weeks.

Last month, the "Sangria" singer shut down Music Row when over 10,000 fans attended Shelton's free concert outside his label on 16th Avenue. Next March, those fans will get a chance to see the singer in a much larger venue when his tour comes through town.

Shelton is also a headliner at next year's Country Jam festival in Grand Junction, Colo. Learn more here, then go here to find more great country music festivals happening next year.
