It seems Blake Shelton is having some trouble collaborating with one of his fellow coaches from 'The Voice,' but not because of musical differences.

While 'The Voice' coaches Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green are taking some time away from show to focus on new musical projects, Shelton and Adam Levine have welcomed R&B star Usher and pop singer Shakira as new judges for Season 4. According to Levine, who recently appeared on 'The Ellen Degeneres Show,' things are going smoothly with the new coaches panel--with the exception of some communication barriers between Oklahoma-raised Shelton and Colombian Shakira.

"The only thing is Shakira and Blake have a hard time because they don't understand each other's language!" coach Levine said during the episode.

"And even though Blake is speaking English, surprisingly enough, he just kind of says, 'What are you talking about? What are you even saying? I don't know,'" said the Maroon 5 singer. "So they just don't understand the accents that they have. It's funny."

This should make for some interesting on-screen interactions between the two coaches next season. We can't wait to tune in when Season 4 of 'The Voice' kicks off next March.
