Blake Shelton Brings ‘She’s Got a Way With Words’ to ‘Live! With Kelly’ [Watch]

Before Blake Shelton could start shooting off fireworks or enjoy a nice barbecue to celebrate the Fourth of July, he had one stop to make. The country singer swung by Live With Kelly to perform his latest single "She's Got a Way With Words."

In line with the festive Independence Day mood, Shelton took the stage in a flattering red button-down to deliver the scorned lover's heartbreak song. He's comfortable performing center stage, effortlessly hitting each note and even throwing in some solid air guitar moves.

“She put the her in hurt / She put the why in try / She put the S.O.B. in sober / She put the hang in hangover / She put the ex in sex / She put the low in blow / She put a big F.U. in my future / Yeah she’s got a way / She’s got a way with words,” he sings during the catchy tune's chorus.

"She's Got a Way With Words" is the second single from Shelton's most recent album, If I'm Honest. The 40-year-old superstar just released the music video for the track, which depicts a bitter ex-lover showing no remorse. During the fun clip, Shelton shares his breakup story while his poker buddies nod in agreement to all of his claims. The scene then carries over to a bar, drinking with his band having a good laugh, while sporting a "who needs her?" kind of attitude.

Shelton will be taking "She's Got a Way With Words," along with his entire catalogue of country hits, on the road with him when he embarks on a tour this coming fall. The trek will kick off in his home state of Oklahoma and make nine more stops before it wraps in New York at the beginning of October.
