Brad Paisley is speeding toward the release of his next album, 'This is Country Music,' due this spring, by performing at the Daytona 500 Pre-Race show.

Paisley is scheduled to perform three songs prior to the start of the 53rd annual running of "The Great American Race" at Daytona International Speedway on Sunday, Feb. 20.

The Daytona 500, the biggest stock car race in the world, marks the official opening of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season. All fans who purchase a Pre-Race/Sprint FANZONE access pass for the event will be able to view Paisley’s concert and the driver introductions, all from a special grass tri-oval area.

Paisley’s performance should help to quicken the already fast paces of attendees, with organizers promising that "race fans are going to experience an exhilarating show that will only add to the excitement and pageantry that surrounds the Daytona 500."

A special ticket package designed around Paisley has been created that includes a Daytona 500 ticket, Pre-Race/Sprint FANZONE access and VIP area access to Paisley’s performance. Prices start at $154.

Past performers at the Daytona 500 Pre-Race Show include Tim McGraw and Keith Urban. The Daytona 500 will be broadcast live on FOX, with coverage beginning at noon and the race starting at 1 PM EST.
