Brad Paisley shot the video for 'Letter to Me' at John Marshall High School in Glen Dale, West Virginia, where he graduated in 1991. In his autobiography 'Diary of a Player,' Paisley writes candidly about his high school days, explaining how he'd travel around the area with a group of older musicians who wanted to give him his shot in country music. Many of his best friends were two or three times his age.

Paisley wasn't a great student, but teachers like Mrs. Brinkman helped bring him along. The video depicts a high school reunion which viewers are led to believe includes the singer's actual classmates. According to reports, that's not the actual Brad Paisley at the end who is accepting a crowning shirtless. An actor was brought in to play the part. Bummer.
