Brad Paisley is continuing his Life Amplified World Tour this winter and strumming his way across the country. Joining him on the second leg of the tour are Chase Bryant and Lindsay Ell, and Taste of Country caught up to the tour in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., to take some exclusive photos.

For Ell and Bryant, touring with Paisley immediately shot to the top of their favorite memories as musicians.

Ell always admired Paisley’s guitar skills. She even worked through the guitar solo of “Old Alabama” on repeat until she could play it perfectly.

"If you told me I would be standing on stage trading licks with Brad Paisley, even a few years ago, I wouldn’t believe it," Ell tells the Times-Tribune.

"People can definitely expect surprises throughout the show," she continues. "It’s a really cool concept... we were talking backstage, and Paisley mentioned that it would be so cool to have a country tour of just guitar players. It’s a really special lineup and people can definitely expect to be well-entertained for the show."

Best Guitarists in Country Music

The fun took over the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Feb. 16, and one of country’s newest ladies showed the crowd some serious guitar licks of her own. Ell performed songs including “By the Way” and "Shut Me Up," but could not leave the audience hanging before playing her first single, “Trippin' on Us,” which received loud applause.

Bryant was up next and took things up a notch. The perfect-haired, left-handed guitarist took the stage to show the audience he’s not just a pretty boy in tight jeans. He kicked off the set with a three-piece band, driving all the guitar energy. Bryant performed “Getaway Car,” his new single “Room to Breathe,” “Take It on Back,” and his own version of Little Big Town's "Better Man."

It was then Paisley’s time to take the stage and get unwound with “Crushin' It.” Country music's quick wit declared, "It's great to be in the home of Dunder Mifflin!" Bringing back his fully functional onstage bar, Paisley added an extension that now is set up on both ends of his stage. This translates to way more fun for those lucky enough to party onstage with the country music superstar. Cheers to that!

“American Saturday Night,” “Perfect Storm” and “Water” were just some of the many hits on the set list before Ell came back out to sing and play “Whiskey Lullaby.” Bryant then joined his tour mates by adding lead guitar licks to "Ticks."
