Brad Paisley just keeps adding up No. 1 songs. The country music icon's latest single "Today," from his forthcoming album Love and War, has reached the top spot on the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart, making it his 24th No. 1 song as an artist (Paisley has also written 21 No. 1 songs).

Produced by Paisley and Luke Wooten — and written by Paisley, Chris DuBois and Ashley Gorley — "Today" is another Paisley love song that twists the simplest of phrases into a clever payoff.

"And I don't know about tomorrow / Right now the whole world is right / And the memory of a day like today / Can get you through the rest of your life," he sings.

Paisley also had success with the music video for "Today," earning over 25 million views with around 500,000 shares on Facebook in its first week. The video inspired sentimental posts by fans on Paisley's Facebook page including baby announcements, proposals, military returns and more.

"Today" gave Paisley his first No. 1 on the Billboard Country Digital Song Sales chart with 41,000 downloads in its debut week.

Love and War, Paisley's 11th studio album, will be released on April 21.
