The BG Nation has done it again! Brantley Gilbert came out on top in both the Album and Artist of the Year categories in the 2015 Taste of Country Awards.

Gilbert's devoted fans turned out in droves to vote for his third studio album, 'Just as I Am,' but it was a tough race. In the end, Gilbert won out over Hunter Hayes' 'Storyline' by a narrow margin of less than two percent of the overall vote, far outdistancing albums from other top names like Eric Church, Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert for the win.

Artist of the Year voting was a different story, with Gilbert taking more than 38 percent of the overall vote -- more than 14 percentage points ahead of Luke Bryan in second place. Blake Shelton, Garth Brooks and Lambert rounded out the Top 5 in that category, while Church and Aldean came up short in the votes this time around, bringing up the rear in our most important category this year.
