Brantley Gilbert will say "I do" to more than walking down the aisle with his bride-to-be, Jana Kramer. The 'More Than Miles' singer says that he and Kramer will definitely collaborate together musically... in time.

"We have written a couple of songs together, and they are really good, so that may be something we do in the future. But, not right now," Gilbert spills to Billboard. The country-rock singer stresses, however, that they plan to keep their careers separate for now. "She's doing her thing and I'm doing mine couldn't be more proud of her. We're both staying busy."

Gilbert and Kramer's careers will definitely converge in April as they both compete for the New Artist trophy during the upcoming ACM Awards ceremony. The pair of rising stars are nominated in their respective male/female vocalist categories, which is completely fan-voted.

"We were up for it last year, and hopefully, we can pull it home this year," Gilbert shares of his inclusion on the short list of nominees. The singer says it is an "honor to be nominated" again.

GIlbert first confirmed his relationship status last September, saying, “I’m a very, very happy man.” He and Kramer recently moved in together and got engaged on Jan. 20 -- Gilbert's 28th birthday.

“We could not be happier,” the couple shares. “We are so excited to share this special time with our loved ones and cannot wait to start the rest of our lives together.”

Kramer continues to promote her self-titled debut album, which features her current Top 40 single, 'Whiskey.' Gilbert is currently in the studio working on the follow-up to his 2010 Gold-selling 'Halfway to Heaven' album. The singer says he has nine strong songs recorded for the project.
