Christmas ain't got nothing on America's birthday in Brett Eldredge's mind. Easter -- who needs it? Thanksgiving? None for him, thanks. The singer proved that the Fourth of July is his favorite holiday with a very patriotic photo on Thursday (July 4).

Sporting his swimming trunks and an American flag towel, the 'Don't Ya' hitmaker posed proudly inside of a fireworks store to give fans a taste of what he's up to this Independence Day.

"Goodness gracious great balls of.....AMERICA #FavoriteHoliday," the singer wrote on Instagram.

In the picture, Eldredge is clinging tight to a package promising 4,000 special firecrackers in one arm, with a tube of "balls of fire" in the other -- clearly, he's enjoying a fun day at work. The singer is scheduled to play Red White and Boom at Barnet Park in Spartanburg, S.C. on July 4, with a similar show on Friday.

Eldredge has tour dates booked through the end of the month, but it's likely we'll be seeing a lot more of him -- and his American pride -- well beyond that. Riding on the success of 'Don't Ya' (in the Top 10 of our Top 40 Country Songs for July 2013 list), the newcomer is preparing the release of his debut album 'Bring You Back,' which hits shelves Aug. 6.
