Brett Eldredge Takes His Leading Lady — His Mom — to the Ball

Brett Eldredge may be a bachelor, but there’s still a leading lady in his life: his mother.

The singer posted an adorable photo of himself and his mom all dressed up at an event Oct. 13 with the caption “My lovely date to the ball … love ya, Mom."

Of course, female fans swooned over the sweet photo, which shows Eldredge's mom looking at him adoringly as he beams at the camera in a crisp white shirt and black bowtie. Eldredge has a close relationship with his mother, as he’s shared before, even noting that his “Lose My Mind” video wasn’t totally safe for her to watch.

“My mom said she had to close her eyes for a couple of parts,” the singer admitted when it was released in 2015.

He and his whole family seem tight — Eldredge also recently posted a photo of all four of them together on vacation together in Europe.

When he’s not galavanting around the world with his fam, Eldredge has been busy putting out new music, like his latest release “Wanna Be That Song,” which he says he hopes everyone can identify with.

“I wanna people to listen to this song and have it take them back to the moment they fell in love or the big moments in their life,” he told the Today Show. “I love to sing it; it’s my favorite song I’ve ever written, I think.”

He’s also gearing up to release a Christmas album this year called Glow. Eldredge is currently on tour with Keith Urban and Maren Morris for Urban’s Ripcord Tour, which wraps in November.
