After some solid voting, Cam has moved on to the next round of the Showdown and will now face a tough challenge from A Thousand Horses.

Cam is a relative country newcomer, and she's making waves with her new single, "Burning House," which is a powerfully emotional ballad that features a standout vocal performance. It's a very individualistic choice for a summer song, showing that this young artist already knows exactly show she is.

A Thousand Horses continue to establish their own unique identity in country music with "(This Ain't No) Drink Dial," a mid-tempo track that serves as a showcase for Michael Hobby's gritty vocal style and the amalgam of country and southern rock that is the group's signature. These two songs couldn't be more different, but only one of them is going to move on to the next round of the Showdown.

Listen to clips of both Cam and A Thousand Horses’ songs and vote for your favorite here. You can vote once every hour until this Showdown ends on Friday at 8AM ET, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. The winner of this matchup will face a new challenger on Friday.

Showdown Rules: The song with the most votes wins, and the winner goes on to face a new challenger in the next Showdown. Vote as much as once per hour online. If a song wins five Showdowns in a row, it will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete. Some songs will be considered for a second Showdown if voter turnout is healthy in a losing effort.
