Cam's 2015 is becoming that of which dreams are made. Fresh off of sharing the stage with Sam Hunt, the "Burning House" singer has revealed that she will release her major label debut in December.

She explains to Rolling Stone Country the decision to name the album Untamed.

"That's the first song, 'Untamed,'" Cam says. "That whole song is about that. Going to a place where the cops don't go and having a party but also doing things your own way. We weren't being rebels on purpose, we just didn't know how things were done and we thought it would be fine if we did them our own way."

Untamed will include 11 songs, all written or co-written by Cam. The album was produced by Jeff Bhasker and Tyler Johnson. The album artwork includes Cam sitting on the ground dressed in white as she is sipping on a lemon.

"The idea of just drinking a lemon straight is, life is going to hand you a lot of things that you don't necessarily want to deal with and you should not water it down and sweeten it up," Cam tells Rolling Stone Country. "Drink it straight, and deal with it head-on. If you're brave enough to take whatever it is head-on, you win. The world is yours."

Untamed will be available on Dec. 11. Cam's current single, "Burning House," is at No. 12 this week on the Billboard and Country Aircheck country airplay charts.
