Pictures of this country legend's home show the singer combined his tastes for nostalgia with modern sensibility. A barn houses at least one classic car and portraits of his likeness from years ago adorn at least two walls in the palatial Nashville-area home. But granite countertops, new appliances and modern tile floors are a few renovations the home has benefited from in recent years.

The singer paid just $84,000 for the land in 1994 (according to Zillow), and he built the house three years later. He's the original owner, but the 81-year-old has been looking to relocate over the last couple years. Recent health problems could be one reason why he's looking to get out, but perhaps he just thinks it's time to downsize? Do you recognize this country home?
