Carly Pearce takes to the woods in the video for her song, "Hide the Wine."

Pearce's latest single finds her hiding all the booze she can find to rid herself of the temptation of getting involved with someone she knows she shouldn't. Pearce knows the danger of "pouring alcohol on an old flame," so she goes deep into the woods, hiding wine bottles among the leaves and dumping out her wine glass as she sits at a table for one. She's joined by her band, who rock out in the midst of the trees while Pearce sings to the camera at the head of the table, surrounded by fancy decor and goblets of wine.

"Hide the Wine" is the follow-up single to her breakthrough song, "Every Little Thing," the striking ballad that pushed the boundaries for female artists on country radio. “There isn't somebody doing that," she noted of the song. "So I think when I came out with this song, it didn't sound like anything. I think country fans want as much truth as they can get their hands on, and this is truth," she tells Taste of Country about her debut single.

2018 is bound to be an exhilarating year for the rising star, who is booked as an opening act on two major tours, Blake Shelton's Country Music Freaks Tour and Luke Bryan's What Makes You Country XL Tour.  The latter sees Bryan, Sam Hunt, Morgan Wallen and Jon Pardi and Pearce performing in numerous stadiums across the U.S.

"Hide the Wine" is featured on her debut album, Every Little Thing.
