If you need some last minute summer body inspiration, Carrie Underwood's got you covered. A new issue of Us Weekly finds the "Church Bells" star on the cover in her bikini, looking like one hot mama.

In the magazine's latest Best Bodies issue, the country singer discusses how she has managed to be in the best shape of her life, thanks to some handy health and fitness tips.

While on the road and performing shows night after night, Underwood still manages to find the time to tear it up in her touring gym — six times a week, to be exact, for around 90-minutes each time.

“I like squats, lunges,” she tells Us. “If I go for a jog and I meet up with a good hill, I will lunge up the hill and that will burn them out.”

But Underwood's killer legs and rock-hard abs come from much more than just her workout routines. She sticks to an all vegan diet and uses that as fuel to keep her going after her workouts while she balances a hectic schedule. The results speak for themselves, and she's proud of them.

“I feel much better now at 33 than I did when I was 20 because I take better care of myself,” Underwood shares.

The singer is getting ready to wrap the first leg of her Storyteller Tour this week. After that, her next stop is in her own home in Music City, where she will be a headliner during CMA Music Festival 2016.
