Carrie Underwood has already dipped her toes in the water of the fashion industry with her fitness wear line, Calia by Carrie, and now she is jumping in head first by sitting in as a guest judge on the finale of Lifetime’s Project Runway.

The Emmy-nominated show tapes the finale Sept. 11 and will feature Underwood on the judges' panel alongside Nina Garcia, Zac Posen, Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn.

Underwood is taking her own line to the next level this September, as well, presenting her fall collection of Calia by Carrie at New York Fashion Week. The style icon is continually promoting the line as well as encouraging others to keep fit via her Instagram page, where she regularly posts photos after (or during) a work out — sometimes even with hubby Mike Fisher looking a little worn out.

The star recently released her first single from her upcoming fifth studio album Storyteller titled “Smoke Break,” for which she also unveiled a sexy music video last week. The song is a Southern style, mid-tempo ballad about people working overtime just to make it in the world who sometimes need a little break. The song was the most-added song to radio stations in its first week in the history of Country Aircheck, a trade publication which tracks airplay stats.

Storyteller is slated to release Oct. 23, but fans can preorder a physical copy of the record now on Amazon. The Project Runway finale, featuring Underwood, will air on Nov. 5.
