It's summer, and that means bathing suit season, whether you like it or not. Thankfully, a few of country music's most prominent ladies -- Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert and Sara Evans -- have offered up some healthy recipes that might help you keep your body toned without losing the flavor of guilt-friendly foods.

Like pizza? Of course you do! Unfortunately, with all of the bread, cheese, meat and salt, as you can imagine, the Italian dish is not exactly what we'd call diet food. Underwood has a special veggie recipe that will allow you to have your pizza and eat it, too. Carrie Underwood's No-Guilt Veggie Pizza includes a tortilla rather than a stuffed crust, low-fat mozzarella and no-meat pepperoni, as well as a boat-load of vegetables. The 'Before He Cheats' singer likes spinach, olives, onions and bell peppers on hers, but even if you're not a vegetarian, this recipe allows you to enjoy a hearty meal without adding a lot of strain on your belt.

Sara Evans, on the other hand, likes her meat -- with a side of beer, even. The 'A Little Bit Stronger' hitmaker lent a hand to a delicious Honey-Beer Ham recipe that not only tastes great, but helps to lower cholesterol and blood sugar, too. Did we mention that it includes brown sugar, honey and beer? Thank you, Ms. Evans!

If you're like us, you'll need something sweet to follow up those bathing suit friendly meals with, and Miranda Lambert has just the thing. Her Raspberry-Lemon-Yogurt Bread is a heart-healthy food, which can help you live longer. Being that she just married Blake Shelton, we bet the 'White Liar' singer probably wants to soak up as much life as she can. You had us at 'bread,' Miranda!
