Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher ended their Easter Sunday by sharing a poignant message from their 4-year-old son, Isaiah:

Fisher turned to Twitter on Sunday evening (April 21) to impart some sweet words of reflection from the couple's eldest son.

"Isaiah’s bed time prayer finished with 'Jesus thanks for going in the tomb and thanks for getting out all by yourself,'" Fisher says, accompanied by a praying hands emoji. Underwood chimed in with a simple, yet sweet response, sharing her husband's tweet and adding a heart.

Several followers replied with their own messages of appreciation, with one writing, "What a sweet little guy. You must be so proud of him," while another says: "How sweet is that? Amen Isaiah! Looks like your Mom & Dad are teaching you the true meaning behind this special day!"

Underwood took to Twitter earlier in the day, sharing her own spiritual message: "Happy Easter, everyone! May your day be filled with family, friends and love! For He is risen!"

The country superstar has long been open about her faith. Between chart-topping songs like "Jesus Take the Wheel" and "Something in the Water," Underwood and Fisher also gave both of their sons Biblical names. They welcomed their second child, Jacob in January of 2019.

In between Easter festivities, the "Blown Away" singer has been rehearsing for her upcoming Cry Pretty 360 Tour, which kicks off May 1 in North Carolina and continues through October. Maddie & Tae and Runaway June are going along for the 54-date ride as opening acts.
