Chris Stapleton and Brandy Clark brought Stapleton's headlining Traveller Tour to Queens, New York on Saturday (July 23).

Stapleton's solo success is continuing and his Traveller tour has been a hot ticket this summer. Last weekend, the "Tennessee Whiskey" singer had supporting act Clark open for him in the Forest Hills Stadium, a venue that's been around since 1923!

For Stapleton's set, he showed his skills off on a simple stage. He was backed by only drums, a bass player and wife Morgane Stapleton. The 38-year-old started things off with "Nobody to Blame," a fan favorite before playing covers including "Midnight Train to Memphis" and "Outlaw State of Mind." He also showcased his songwriting talent by performing songs he's written for other artists. Stapleton sang "Drinkin' Dark Whiskey," a track he wrote that Gary Allan recorded on his album, See If I Care, and "Either Way," one that Lee Ann Womack recorded on her Call Me Crazy album. It was certainly a memorable night.
