Chris Young and Cassadee Pope are teaming up once again. The No. 1 hit duet partners of "Think of You" are the latest artists added to the nationwide ACM Lifting Lives club shows.

Young and Pope's show will be held on July 2 at CMAC Events in Canandaigua, N.Y. Tickets are available at Constellation Brands – Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center, as well as Ticketmaster.

Each club that holds a concert for ACM Lifting Lives has agreed to donate a portion of each ticket sold. The money raised will go to help fund organizations that are improving lives through the power of music.

Previous ACM Lifting Lives Club shows this year include concerts at Bluebird in Bloomington, Ind.; Boondocks in Springfield, Ill.; Coyote Joe’s in Charlotte, N.C.; Dusty Armadillo in Rootstown, Ohio; Joe’s Bar in Chicago, Ill.; Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Ill.; Midnight Rodeo in Springfield, Mo.; and Stoney’s Rockin’ Country in Las Vegas, Nev. These showcases have featured performances by Frankie Ballard, the Cadillac Three, Russell Dickerson, Eli Young Band, LoCash, Old Dominion, Parmalee, the Swon Brothers and A Thousand Horses.

Young celebrated his eighth No. 1 single with "Think of You." He recently announced his follow-up, "Sober Saturday Night" which features Vince Gill. His new single follows two back-to-back No. 1 songs from his most recent release, I'm Comin' Over.
