The holidays revolve around spending time with family, so it's fitting that country's Chris Young would be part of 'Home for the Holidays With Celine Dion,' a television special featuring children adopted from foster care into loving families.

"I'm so happy that I get to be a part of this TV special," the 'Aw Naw' singer says. “Christmas has always been one of my favorite times of year and my Christmas traditions revolve around being with family. I’m excited that this show will enable kids to make those memories for themselves, and that I get to be a part of it.”

'Home for the Holidays With Celine Dion' is in its 15th year, and with more than 400,000 children in foster care in the United States, it brings awareness to this important social issue. Not only will there be lots of inspirational stories of adoption from foster care, the show will include touching performances from Young, Celine Dion and Ne-Yo.

And -- especially exciting for country fans -- Young will debut his new single, 'Who I Am With You' on the special.

“From the first time I heard this song I knew I had to have it for my record and I fell completely in love with it,” says the 28-year-old singer. “It's a song that speaks to being totally in love with someone and the feelings you get from a connection like that. The feeling that just being around that person is all you need."

'Home for the Holidays With Celine Dion' will air Wednesday (Dec. 18) at 8PM ET on CBS.
