Later this month, Chris Young's I'm Comin' Over Tour will get back underway — but this time with a few new faces. Young invited some of his good friends on the road for what he tells Taste of Country Nights is "one big musical hang."

Young will go back on the road on Sept. 29, and he's looking forward to this leg of the tour. Dan + Shay will join him in September and October, with Dustin Lynch following in November and December. Cassadee Pope, who's no stranger to this tour, will return to support Young for all of the dates.

“I’m pumped about it," Young admits. "I’ve done a lot of tours in the past but this is the first time it’s two people that I hang out with on a regular basis. There’s zero getting to know you period for everybody that’s on my tour … It’s just going to be one big musical hang every night. Obviously so much talent there, it’s like we’re going to have to step up, because they’re both awesome.”

This leg will kick off on Sept. 29 in Bakersfield, Calif., and will run through Dec. 10 in Lexington, Ky. Fans can pick up tickets to the remainder of the shows on Young's website. They can also tune in to the CMA Awards on Nov. 2, which will air live from Nashville. Young is nominated for Musical Event of the Year for "Think of You" with tourmate Pope.

Sam Alex is the host of Taste of Country Nights radio, a syndicated night show which airs on more than 75 stations nationwide. Listen to highlights on iTunes or your Android device.
