A key member of Toby Keith's band died on Feb. 28  after a two-car collision in Oklahoma. Carl "Chuck" Goff, Jr. was Keith's bassist, band leader and close friend. He'd been part of the band for 25 years and helped the hitmaker write songs like 'Upstairs Downtown' and 'You Ain't Much Fun.' “We are deeply saddened by the sudden death of our band member, Chuck Goff," the Keith said in a statement. Goff was just 54 years old. The driver of the other vehicle was not seriously injured.
