When it came time for Clint Black to sing the tender 'When I Said I Do' -- a love song in which two people declare what their relationship means after taking the journey into a life as husband and wife -- it was a no-brainer to have his actress wife, Lisa Hartman Black, join him on the tune. The song oozes with romance and was the perfect choice for the Top 50 in our list of Top 100 Country Love Songs.

As expected, the song soared up the country singles chart after its release in August of 1999, eventually landing at No. 1. The tune was the first single from Black's album 'D'lectrified.' The song also peaked at No. 31 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, making it a crossover hit for the celebrity couple.
