Darius Rucker, 'Home for the Holidays'

Two original songs join 10 well-known hits on Darius Rucker's 'Home for the Holidays' album, in stores now. Rucker says he wanted to create a record fans of all genres would appreciate, but he admits that he's too humble to give it a spin in his own home on Christmas morning (his wife may, however). The Rucker co-written 'Candy Cane Christmas' and 'What God Wants for Christmas' are the two newbies.

Jamey Johnson, 'The Christmas Song'

Jamey Johnson introduced his new record label with a Christmas EP. Four traditional songs join one original on this holiday release from the 'In Color' hitmaker. Johnson wrote 'South Alabama Christmas' with Bill Anderson and Buddy Cannon and -- as promised -- got it to fans quickly. “From now on, as soon as I can get it written and recorded, we will make it available," Johnson says. 'The Christmas Song' is available through Johnson's personal website.

LeAnn Rimes, 'One Christmas: Chapter 1'

Rimes’ six-song EP is the first of three, she says. ‘Silent Night’ and ‘I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas’ are two signature tracks. "There’s a little big of dirty south kind of sound," she told Billboard. ‘Blue Christmas’ and ‘Hard Candy Christmas’ are two others. Expect chapters two and three to be released in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Michael W. Smith & Friends, 'The Spirit of Christmas'

Vince Gill, Lady Antebellum, Carrie Underwood and Jennifer Nettles are among the big country names featured on singer Michael W. Smith’s ‘The Spirt of Christmas’ album, available now. Smith called singing with this group an honor -- one fans will get to experience for themselves. Underwood and Little Big Town join him for televised portions of the ‘CMA Country Christmas’ broadcast on ABC. This is the Grammy-winning artist’s fourth Christmas album.

'Christmas With Nashville'

Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts produced this album, the first Christmas release from the cast of ABC’s ‘Nashville.’ Fans will recall the songs, although one or two (like ‘River’ by Sam Palladio) will surprise viewers of the show. Clare Bowen performs ‘Santa Baby,’ Hayden Panettiere sings ‘White Christmas,’ Lennon & Maisy sing ‘Christmas Coming Home’ and Connie Britton and Will Chase team up for ‘Baby, It’s Cold Outside.’ There’s more. The album was released digitally on November 4.

Sara Evans, 'At Christmas'

'At Christmas' is a family affair for Sara Evans. Daughters Olivia and Audrey join her to sing '12 Days of Christmas' on an album produced by Mark Bright, available digitally or at Walmart. “The holidays have always been a very special time for me and my family to get together and give thanks for everything we have been blessed with,” Evans says. The title track is an original, but the other nine are well-known traditionals like 'O Holy Night' and 'I'll Be Home for Christmas.'
