From June 16-19, Country Jam 2016 brought thousands of country music fans together just outside of Grand Junction, Colo., for four days of sun, fun and good music. Lee BriceBrad Paisley, Blake Shelton and Zac Brown Band each headlined one of the festival's four nights, but there was so much more music to see than just those sets.

On Thursday (June 16), Stephanie Quayle, Halfway to Hazard, Chase Bryant and Tyler Farr warmed up the main stage for Brice, while Drake White and Neal McCoy turned up the energy early on Friday (June 17). Other acts to take the stage throughout the weekend included High Valley, Big & Rich, Canaan Smith and Trace Adkins — but it was Shelton's set that festival-goers will be talking about for a long time.

The country superstar was celebrating his 40th birthday, and near the end of his set, the country star brought out girlfriend Gwen Stefani to perform their duet “Go Ahead and Break My Heart." Then, Stefani came back out to sing “Hella Good,” a song by her band No Doubt, and, with some help from the audience, wish Shelton a very happy birthday.
