The second 2016 presidential debate was held on Sunday evening (Oct. 9), and many artists had thoughts they wanted to share. While some posted comical GIFs and photos in the form of explaining their feelings, including Kacey Musgraves and RaeLynn, others simply said what was exactly on their mind and did not hold back in the slightest. Find out what select artists within the country industry truly felt of Sunday's debate.

Musgraves posted a Home Alone GIF to explain how she felt about watching the debate, while RaeLynn shared a photo of herself in concert with the caption, "I said you only get two minutes to talk!" Meanwhile, the Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines poked fun at Donald Trump. "I can't trust a president that doesn't pay attention to the details. How can Trump not tan his hands to match his face?" she said.

Whitney Rose admitted during the second debate that she'd rather be listening to country music. “Decided to turn off the debate,” she said, “because if I’m gonna cry by listening to something I’d rather it be country music.”

Nashville actresses Hayden Panettiere and Connie Britton also shared their opinion on the debate. "It seems some people think that all women are is a reflection of their husbands. We are voting for Hillary not Bill," Panettiere noted.

Martina McBride also shared the question many are asking: "Seriously. Why are we stuck with these two choices?"
