The lines between country and pop music are once again being blurred. Craig Campbell has taken a smash pop hit and made it his own. And his version is pretty awesome.

Campbell has joined forces with radio host Bobby Bones and the Raging Idiots to release a version of Lorde's 'Royals' and it's for a great cause. All proceeds from the cover will go to The Humane Society.

The song has been immensely popular on pop radio and a Grammy-nominated, No. 1 hit and now it's gaining attention from country fans. Buzzfeed even named it one of the six best covers of 'Royals.'

The song was released on iTunes and a hilarious video accompanies it on YouTube.

Campbell is used to giving back. He's participated in Clay Walker's Chords of Hope benefit for MS and helped raise money for the TJ Martell Foundation’s colon cancer research.

If you want a chance to possibly see Campbell's version of 'Royals' live, he'll resume touring in January. Check out his tour dates here.
