Craig Morgan is a busy guy, but the singer took time off from promoting and performing to help make a 14-year-old girl's dream come true with the help of Make-a-Wish Mississippi.

The Tennessee native is finishing up tour dates through next month, in addition to promoting 'Wake Up Lovin' You' and his greatest hits album 'The Journey (Livin' Hits),' but Morgan dropped all that when he heard about Sarah Gabbard.

Gabbard is a teenage girl battling Sanfilippo Syndrome, and her one wish was to meet Morgan. The young girl turned 14 on Feb. 14, and Morgan made her wish come true when he stopped in to meet her in Biloxi, Mississippi to ring in her big day.

"Thanks to Make-a-Wish Mississippi, I had the opportunity to meet Sarah yesterday," the star wrote, along with an uploaded photo, to Facebook. "Today she turns 14. Let's all wish this amazing young lady a very Happy Birthday. #HappyBirthdaySarah"

In the heartwarming photo, Morgan is holding Gabbard's hand as he smiles at the teenager. Of course, he didn't just make the girl's day -- her mother, Laurie Harmon, was also grateful for the opportunity and she took the time to thank Morgan via Facebook.

"Thank you Craig Morgan and your team along with Make-a-Wish for making my daughter's dream come true from the bottom of our hearts," she wrote. "It was a perfect day."
