Cute Kids Singing Country Songs – LeAnn Rimes, ‘Blue’

Watch as the emcee of this talent show does a double-take just a few notes into Kortney Jean's rendition of 'Blue' by LeAnn Rimes. He turns from his stereo and looks over the rims of his glasses as if to say, "Daaaang girl!" The 7-year-old's performance is truly exceptional.

This video was filmed in 2007, meaning the then second grader should be in middle school now. We figure it will be another five years before she's scoring hits on country radio a la Hunter Hayes or Taylor Swift. She hits all the notes and moves up and down the scale just like Rimes did in her 1996 hit.
